Barceló Maya Riviera - Adults Only - All Inclusive

La experiencia horrible aburrido ,la comida vieja no muchos restaurants y para el como me cobraron $225 dollars por Lavar las sabanas ,te cobraron hasta por limpiar el Sargazo estaban sucia las playas,no sieve por el precio Q Cuesta

The service and staff gave poor effort and keeping the rooms clean. My breakfast stayed in my room a whole day and I called for cleaning and service multiple times. They tried to add on room service by giving me false information. The area was great , and other staff was friendly .

I wasn’t convinced by the buffets here. Food was mostly cold, and flavorless. I did enjoy the views, but wasn’t a fan of their service. Most employees are not attentive to you, you must have to wave them down. The big pool there with the swim up bar has green algae

Amazing resort

Amazing experience. Everything super clean. The food was very delicious. I have nothing bad to say about this Hotel. I recommend it 100%.

5th stay and still impressive. The tireless effort of the staff must be complimented particularly those cleaning the beach. We find the BMR adults only fulfills our expectations. Resort is always clean, staff are exceptional and food overall excellent.

NOT at all inclusive more like open bar. EVERYTHING is 20$ extra, bowling, water slides, haunted house, ice skating. Genuinely disappointed. Beaches were not taken care of and there was piles of seaweed everywhere. We had a suite with a pool and they came and cleaned it once throughout our seven day stay. There was feathers, and all sorts of bugs in our pool for multiple days even after calling and asking them to clean it. Would not ever come here again. Ripoff for how much money it is.

Amazing vacation

Loved Barceló!! Fantastic food and great options at the buffet. Gorgeous updated room with a view and jacuzzi. Gorgeous infinity pools overlooking the Caribbean! Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!!
