"Feels like home away from home"

My friends and I love coming here. It has become our first choice when we can sneak away from our busy family lives. This trip once again didn't disappoint! It always feels like we are coming home when we get here. The staff is always so accommodating and willing to do almost anything to make sure we have a nice vacation. Keep up the good work and we will see you again hopefully this summer!

"Excellent"

Location is good, beds are comfortable, rooms are big.

The hotel needs a deep cleaning our room was stained on the ceiling, the aircon was noisy, the coffee machine was not working, they did not replace tea and coffee for the second day. The pool towels had to be signed out so one has to wait in line gor towels since people are checking in... not to mention the high price.

"Excellent stay at The Beal House!!"

Our stay at The Beal House was absolutely magical ! We LOVED the food at The Remedy -- the weekend chef is outstanding! The eggs benedict with crab was phenomenal ! Our room was spotless, incredibly CLEAN, which is very important to us! I would gladly stay at this hotel again! It exceeded our needs and had a boutique-like feel. The Heated pool was a bonus!! The room with balcony is worth it! We went to Crab Island and enjoyed our outing. Bring Sunblock! I feel this hotel is a very good value for what we paid!

"Location is great but the restaurant isn’t so great. Depending on who is at the frnt desk-not nice"

Bed was comfortable. Great location bc BEACHFRONT! Can tell it was renovated. Stayed there before when it was another hotel. Had a clear wet stain on the cover, told the front desk and it was replaced while we went out for dinner.

The restaurant Remedy on the second morning we stayed was backed up maybe due to shortage of staff and our breakfast order took a long time. Then my child’s pancake had a piece of hair, only ate three bites and it took so long to remake. I asked it to be replaced but would have canceled the order if I knew it would take that long. She had to wait while we finished our food. Then it was charged, thought it would have been comped since it had a hair and took so long.
