The staff was all very pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast was decent.

The area was scary, the room had an odd smell, and the smoke detector was missing from the ceiling. Also the walls were thin so it was noisy. Every time the room next to us turned their water on, the pipes were so loud it woke us up.

We spent 3 nights there and they never clean the room. First day we got to the hotel late, we found they didn’t clean the room. Next morning I talked to the housekeeper and asked to Please clean the room, we arrived At night to find out they didn’t clean the room neither…when I did the check out I told them about my complaint and said “ I will let them know”…. Really? So disappointed… despite the staff in the restaurant was so nice and kind.

The bathroom shower the water would not let out,th air conditioning is horrible did not get cold and made noise all night the toilet is to low to the floor

Dirty floors bordering the room, wet smell in the hallways

We came drove 9 hours had a delay and they considered it a no show

When shopping for a hotel I found this property to be reasonably priced then I realized it was a choice hotel so win win for me. The staff at the front desk were very helpful & polite. It is a older hotel with only 3 floors. The pool area could use better lighting the entire place can use a bit of refresh. The free breakfast was ok it could use a bit more of a verity The maid service was great . Something I really liked was the printer in the front lobby I was able to print my boarding ticket for my return home which is the best thing to do since the Atlanta airport so so busy. All in all for the $ I paid I was very happy
