Please note there is a 1% charge when you pay with a credit card. Please note that free undercover parking is available and is designed for small to mid-sized vehicles only, with a maximum height of 87 inches. Please be aware that guests are required to present a valid photo ID upon check in. Payment will be required on arrival. A $200.00 pre-authorization will be taken upon arrival. If no credit card is available, a $300.00 cash deposit will be taken in lieu. Pre-authorization / Cash Deposit will be released/returned upon inspection of the room. A bond of up to $1800.00 will apply for the same day bookings. Please contact the hotel directly to discuss the bond levy. All rooms are nonsmoking, you may be charged $1800.00 in the event of the smoke alarm being set off and/or a cleaning fee of up to $300.00 if the room has been smoked in. If payment is going to be made via credit card and the cardholder will not be present on arrival then a “credit card authority form” will be required to be filled out prior to arrival, please contact the hotel prior to arrival for the form. Please note for bookings of 5 or more rooms, you will need to sign the property's Terms Of Stay.
