It was in a quiet area

I had booked a single bed and paid for it before I got there only to be told there wasn't any and that I had to pay $12 more for a double.i get in the room for one of the beds not to be fixed,dirty towels in the bathroom.

It was located in the part of town I needed to be.

The Key device machine at the front desk didn't work so that I could not get a key for the two days I was there. The staff had to come and open my door every time I needed to enter my room. But this was awkward as the desk did not stay open all night. I felt my security was less than I expected.... but it did work out in the long run. But awkward. There was a kitchenette in my room but not a single bit of cutlery, plates, glasses, or anything else to make it a working kitchenette. The bathroom did not have any shampoo, conditioner, or lotion.... just a small bar of soap.

Didn’t have a key to get into the room , staff would leave for hours

I like the area

The rooms was very dirty! The refrigerator wasn't cleaned! The floors were horrible! I canceled my stay on the first day! 0-10 I would never recommend! I don't live in Louisiana and would never book with you guys ever again!

The location

It was dirty, stains on the bed, roaches , writing on the wall, toilet was and tub was dirty . Stove and kitchen area were dirty .
