Very convenient if travelling. 10 min drive to airport and 1 min walk to Oriente train station. Good room service menu. Vegetable curry was excellent.

A convenient hotel and great service but not in a picturesque area.

I am very disappointed with this hotel and would not recommend staying here. I was given a dark room with a view directly facing another building. The bed moves because it is not properly fixed, the sheets were torn, and there is noise throughout the entire morning. The comfort is poor, and the overall experience has been very disappointing. A complete disaster.
