Convenience to shopping, restaurants, and the venue for the event that I attended

I must that I have yet to be disappointed with Springhill Suites

The property is safe, clean, and in a great location. Great for travel alone and with children. Have stayed at this location multiple times and have had the same excellent experience. Will stay there on my next trip to Buford.

The property was good.

I paid for my stay prior to showing through booking.com $152.06 and once I arrived I was charged an additional $152.06 at the property. I followed up, called booking.com and called the hotel and explained what was going on . Even sent them proof of being charged twice for the stay and I have yet to have this issue resolved or refunded. I keep getting the run around and promised to get a call back but nothing. 🙃 it’s been 2 months since my stay at their facility and nothing. No callback or a response.

Enjoyable stay! The room was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Overall a nice hotel, but the pillows were absolutely terrible, and breakfast was not prepared and put till 630

Great time! good room layout, comfy bed and pillows, very clean! My only complaint is the water pressure was not great.

The type of room was not available upon check in, after I confirmed and paid for the room prior.
