Loved the location, the cleanliness, the super friendly staff.

The food at the resort was ridiculously expensive!! The food at the adults only pool was substandard and so expensive for what you got. The tiny portion of calamari was so tough!! And $38 for 2 small fish tacos!! The pizza at the Sunset Bar and Grill was tasty. Cichettis ran out of their bar food (except for a toasted sandwich) by 11:30am when they say they serve until 2pm.

Siting

Less distance to walk especially upstairs

The staff treated us like royalty in both the resort and the restaurants. Very well equipped room, bed comfy and room was very spacious.

My only comment was that our luggage was not taken to our room which was up a flight of steps and very heavy. We did request for someone to take them to reception which they did graciously.

Not recommended

We had a throughly enjoyable time. The staff from Zee who greeted us to Matias and Marisa plus all on the front desk were so helpful. The ocean pool staff with Mikele , Winnie, Martha and Rueben were charming as well as being very attentive. It maybe a slightly dusty White Lotus but that adds to its charm in my opinion. Warned constantly about development on foreshore which was appreciated but it actually was no problem. Willl definitely be back . Thank you all for a lovely holiday all
