The room wasn't ready when we arrived, it wasn't the room we booked. They sent us to a sister motel that had dirty sheets and a dead bug on the bath towels.

Old dilapidated motel but we had a clean room, great AC and a courteous attendant

I just wanted to say how truly disappointed I was in this location. It was not at all as advertised and it really shouldn’t be an option on your app. This place was extremely dirty and unsafe. We could t stay for more then 2 hours as the smell of mildew, cigarettes, dirt and so many other things. I’ve used your site to book places before but if this is the type of place your offer on your website I don’t think I will be using in the future. I feel like I’m owed a refund. It’s also a health concern because of how dirty it was

The room was clean but had a smell covered by a pine disinfectant. There was no towel rack or anywhere to put your luggage. What looked like a closet was a water tank. The refrigerator had many pock marks. The bed was pretty good. I would avoid this hotel in the future.

Communication was good and as we were delayed we were able to push back our check in time. We were warmly greeted and promptly were shown to our room with very confortable beds! Thank you!
