SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Litchfield

Very clean and up to date

We requested and were assigned an accessible room. Shared with the front desk that the placement of clothing rack. Opposite bathroom doorway was a poor location, my husband hit his forehead twice when exiting. They advised the corporate was planning to converted to storage space.

Location, Cleanliness, Comfort

Price is getting to the high end for a small town like Litchfield. Especially in view of the food variety and quality for breakfast.

Honestly, the stay surprised us. The staff was very helpful and polite. The room was very clean and updated. The breakfast was good. The pool and hot tub was good. Overall, it was a great stay for a town, the size of Litchfield.

Hotel was clean and looked nice, the room was in good shape, clean and orderly. The Breakfast was great. everything from hot waffles, meat, eggs, to cold foods like cereal, yogurt, danish etc. The service was very good, room rates were a little higher than i wanted to pay.

Great friendly staff

While pricing seems high for Litchfield, the staff was friendly and incredibly helpful, the room was immaculately clean and even with pets allowed there were zero noise issues on a fully booked evening. There were more breakfast options than I expected there to be and it was hot/cold as it should be and tasted great. Pool/hot tub area was clean, easily accessible and open late into the evening. Overall, I was initially off put by the price ($180 all in) but in the end I would say I understand the value received for the money and am happy with the spend.

the front desk staff was VERY rude when we checked in on 12/3 (evening staff) and short with us. didn’t smile once and seemed very irritated
