Hygiëne. Housekeeping was nalatig geweest en had beddengoed van de vorige bezoeker niet verschoond. Hierover geklaagd en direct een nieuwe kamer gekregen. Prima service, jammer dat housekeeping dit zo doet. Past niet bij dit hotel. Verder namelijk alles top in orde

Very clean outside and the staff was very friendly, really quiet and the room itself was roomy.

I didn’t get my room serviced, no garbage bag in the bathroom. I told the front desk person that the elevator got stuck and I’m not sure she told anyone and if they did no one blocked it off.

It took 45 minutes to make this reservation with a person who is NOT at your location. She claimed to have called the front desk and confirmed everything I asked for. This was a very important weekend that was ruined by your incompetence of the reservation desk, front desk, and manager. I asked for a first floor room facing parking. My husband is handicapped and needs to be on ground level. We also needed to see our show car for this trip, and usually park right outside of our room when we travel. I was given room 112. There was no way for me to see my car from this room. We were then moved to the third floor, we could see our car way out over the pool, but again, it was on the third floor. THE RESPONSE WHEN I FIRST CALLED SHOULD HAVE BEEN, "NO WE DO NOT HAVE ANY ROOM THAT FITS YOUR NEEDS". Instead I was lied to and got no help when I actually got to your location. The front desk person tried and did not resolve the issue. Your manager was awful. She never asked in all the calls and conversations how she could help us! She went on and on about how it is NOT their fault, it was reservation that made the mistake. Excuse me, but do they not all work for Hilton? Why pass the blame. How did she ever got to become a manager? We stayed, left at 7:00 am the next morning. I WILL NEVER RESERVE AT YOUR HOTEL AGAIN. This was one of the worst trips we have ever had, and it could have been prevented had everyone stopped trying to pass the blame and lying to our faces!

Came to fort myers to play in a tournament so spent the weekend here at this Hilton. There’s lots of shops and dining minutes away. This location does not have the complimentary breakfast. You have to pay for it. At $18 a pop not worth it for me. I’d much rather go to Dunkin’ Donuts. Did try it however cus I was caught off guard. But again for eggs and a bagel…rather save my money. Staff was very kind, rooms clean, beds comfy, pillows great, tho I might invest in one of those aroma thingys for the hotel so that the halls and rooms smell very welcoming. Other than that I’d definitely stay here again.

I really liked that it wascebtrally located as i used public transportation and felt i could get downtown and the beach easily. Staff were super nice!

The manager Brittany was so kind and courteous and really knows how to do her job!!!

Very clean rooms and common areas. Comfortable. Great pool and hot tub. Everything was wonderful for my entire stay until the last 35 min prior to check out. The housekeepers knocked on my door at 1125am when check out is 12pm. I was on a call so I said through the door that I would be out of the room in about 15 min. Then the room phone rang and it was the front desk telling me the housekeeper told her I was checking out late. I told her that I told the housekeeper that I would be out in about 15 min. , isn't check out at 12pm? It's 1130am. She said yes. I said ok l, I will be out of the room before 12pm and I was. Way to push your customers out and ruin a nice stay.
