We had a wonderful stay at Palihouse Santa Barbara. The room was beautifully designed, very comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully prepared, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to State Street. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely return to this hidden gem. Highly recommend.

I spent the afternoon in the bar while enjoying a cocktail and getting some work done, the ambiance couldn’t have been better. The patio through the lobby and bar area feel like a secret oasis. Service was so warm and effortless - thank you, Noel and Silvia!

We had such an incredible experience at Palihouse Santa Barbara. If you’re looking for a boutique hotel that feels both elevated and welcoming, this is it. The property is beautifully curated—every detail feels intentional, from the design to the ambiance. It perfectly captures that relaxed yet refined Santa Barbara vibe. The location is also ideal, making it easy to explore the area while still feeling tucked away in a peaceful setting. What really made the stay stand out was the service. Silvia Rubio, the General Manager, has clearly built an amazing team that genuinely cares about the guest experience. You can feel it in every interaction. Quintin at the bar was a highlight—great drinks, great conversation, and a genuinely kind presence. Noel was also incredibly attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout our stay. Between the design, service, and overall atmosphere, this place is a 10/10. We’ll absolutely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santa Barbara.

If you're in the Santa Barbara area, I would encourage you to stay at the Palihouse and spend some time with Noel and Quinton at the cozy bar within the hotel. Great cocktails, creative mocktails and wonderful conversation (if you're looking for that). Ivan was wonderful at check in! Great location, spacious rooms and walking distance to State St. Will stay again.
