Everyone in my room made me feel like a princess the balcony was out of this world I was literally in a palace I would definitely come back a million times over

Wish it was for longer I even extended my stay an extra day

We stayed for 2 nights at the end of a week in Portugal and it was the most amazing part of our honeymoon. The staff welcomed us with champagne and continued to surprise us with little treats at every opportunity. We had planned to explore more of Cascais but found ourselves content sitting by the pool drinking cocktails and eating at the hotel's restaurant. Food, service and the suite with a balcony and sea view - the entire stay was exquisite! The staff really deliver a 5 star experience and the only unfortunate thing is our bar is now set very high. We had one dinner out at a highly rated restaurant in Cascais. It was expensive and very average. Our meals at the Albatroz Hotel made up for it. Alex our server spoilt us rotten. His humour and overall attitude was refreshing and the dinner and service simply could not be faulted. Thank you again for making our stay the highlight of our honeymoon. We cannot wait to come back!

The seaview from our room was spectacular! Joao & Joao (same names) were amazing in answering all emails prior to check in and making sure we were happy and comfortable. We dined at the Albatroz Restaurant and had an in credible Michelin type experience. It was truly the best meal and experience we have ever had. They are up for a Michelin rating and believe me....it is well deserved., Don't miss a dinner there or a lunch out on the patio enjoying the beautiful view. The entire staff throughout the hotel are very professional and genuinely concerned about your comfort and satisfaction. And then the breakfast buffet...more choices that you could possibly eat and everything was "top notch". Don't miss this either. Do yourself a favor and stay at Hotel Albatroz when in Cascais...believe me...you will be very happy that you did!

This was our second time staying at this beautiful hotel in Cascais. The location is perfect for access to the town centre and beach area. Walk in either direction along promenades following the beachside for incredible views and awesome restaurants. The staff are warm and very helpful. Make sure to have breakfast included as the food is delicious and you enjoy while looking out over the beach and ocean. Best to not have a vehicle as roads are tight and parking minimal. Lots to do and see if you hire a driver for the day. Highly recommend this hotel

The location was excellent. The staff were very friendly and professional. Our room had a beautiful balcony (paid extra for sea views) and the view over the beach was really nice. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, if maybe a shade pricey. Service in the bar and drestaurant was first class.

I couldn't find fault with anything we experienced.

Really nice hotel, it’s not the first time we stayed at the Albatroz Hotel, everything was good: from service, staff to breakfast and location. We will be glad to come back again 😉
