Parking lot was fairly empty.

There were 7 cop cars surrounding something or someone as we were leaving in the parking lot left of the entrance. No staff alerted us of what was happening, if we were safe or .....

Clean, staff greets and answers questions, cafe on site, essentials for purchase in lobby, room: fridge was turned on and cool, heater running and comfortable. Sound proof room to room Elevator operational the whole time also pool.

The heavy doors slam shut when opened and occupants are not easeing them closed by hand.

Went for a concert, it was a good location, close to the venue. Clean hotel, very friendly staff, comfortable beds, close to restaurants and shopping. The kids loved the pool! We were thankful for a heated pool. Great burger restaurant in the hotel!

Not great sound proofing so we heard the noisy people up late at night.
