The location and cleanliness was great. The shower was both roomy, hot and amazing water pressure! The room was a really good size too but we did have a 2 double bed room.

The beds were incredibly hard, the pillows were great but still made for a difficult sleep. The location was great but incredibly noisy but this is almost expected in a central area with any large city. But I would recommended taking ear plugs!

Amazing staff! I got absolutely vital help from the front desk early in the morning of my departure, when my suitcase broke. Made my flight because of it. Thanks a lot!! Good location as it is walking distance to North Beach/attractions, and right by the many charming dining spots in Chinatown.

The deep-clean between guests could be just a bit better, although the room was nice and clean.

Sijainti erinomainen. Edullinen sijaintiin ja verrokeihin nähden. Vaikka ei aamupalaa, saatavilla ollut ilmainen aamukahvi erinomainen lisä. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja avuliasta.

Liikenteen melu kuului kovana huoneeseen, vaikka ikkuna ei edes ollut suoraan kadulle. Herkkäunisena en pystynyt nukkumaan ilman korvatulppia. Hotelli vanha ja vähän kulahtanut, mutta hintaan nähden ok.

Las fotos engañan, había mucho polvo y telarañas de hecho nos cambiaron a otra habitación por ese motivo y ni si quiera la otra habitación estaba bien, aunque el personal es amable y la ubicación lo mejor
