"Lage und Personal top, aber wahrscheinlich kein zweiter Besuch wegen der Hellhörigkeit."

Das Personal war immer nett. Die Lage ist auch super.

Das Frühstück war sehr bescheiden. Das Brot und auch die Brötchen sehr trocken. Zudem war das Hotel sehr hellhörig. Es war schwierig zur Ruhe zu kommen, weil man immer wieder was gehört hat. Außerdem hatten die Bilder auf der Homepage etwas anderes erwarten lassen.

Die Lage an der Alster ist hervorragend, insbesondere, weil man alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Gerade mit Hund ist das perfekt. Die Zimmer sind absolut sauber und so, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Wir haben ein "älteres" Zimmer erwischt, aber für einen Städtetrip ist das mehr als ausreichend gewesen. Tolles Personal, absolut Tier- und Menschenfreundlich :)

Das Frühstücks-Buffet ist sehr klein und bietet nicht wirklich viel Abwechslung. Das ist aber auch das Einzige, was ich kritisieren kann. Alles andere ist top.

Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie erfreulich geräumiges EZ. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Sehr gute Lage, sowohl fußläufig zur Innenstadt als zu U- und S-Bahn. Für einen Städte-Trip unbedingt zu empfehlen. Werde wiederkommen.
