Its very clean!

Nothing I could complain, it was pleasant overnight stay.

Location of the hotel is good. The bed was comfortable. The front desk gal that checked us in was very nice. The young lady that handles laundry and the breakfast area is wonderful!

The room was disappointing - large chair encumbered ability to get easily to the bed; room overlooked a stack of construction materials; weren't allowed to sit outside at the back of the building overlooking the pond because we were told there was a slope unsafe for walking; phone did not work; caulking on floor of shower at the drain was squishy and moved while standing in the shower. No exhaust fan in the bathroom - it was a steamy mess. One of the front desk staff was less than friendly - when we checked out we let her know the phone in the room did not work. Her response was "It should work" (exaggerated eye roll). The breakfast was a highly processed disaster zone.

It was very clean and very close to everything the staff was very nice front desk and the cleaning lady was so cute and very nice. She had her cowboy boots on one day and his shiny socks the neck.

Only thing I would say would be the Carpet Board in the room

I would like a FULL refund. Hotel reviews had me thinking I would have a nice hotel BUT it was the complete opposite. The smell of the room was horrible. There was a face towel hanging on the shower rail as if someone used it before we checked in. Hair on the shower walls and in the bed. I had to fix the flushing knob on the toilet for every use. If my mother had felt like leaving we would have left . I need a refund
