Super 8 by Wyndham Berlin WI

It was extremely old. The room smelled of smoke probably from the old ugly green carpet. The bathroom had very old fixtures, toilet didn’t flush well, sink was very slow to drain and the light switch was on the outside of the bathroom and didn’t always work. I was very unhappy about staying there, but had no choice since I prepaid and there were no other hotels with vacancies. For three nights two men parked in one of five spots drinking, smoking and talking all night. We did not feel safe.

Stained carpet, dirty refrigerator, moldy smell in bathroom, no curtain liner

Low stool in a handicap room and lid wouldn’t stay up then slammed down, air conditioner noisy, rooms noisy, no concessions pop machine out of order, hallway bathroom out of order, no ice machine, muffin for breakfast

For us the location was excellent. We were participating in the Green Lake triathlon, and a lot of hotels were already booked. This was an affordable option, within 15 minutes of Green Lake.

As is typical in Wisconsin July, it was humid and hot outside, so running the A/C felt like a must. It worked, but took some time, and above all was rather loud. Fine for a night though.

Room was very nice. Great for price. Not many amenities. Bathroom was a little musty smelling.

Will never recommend anyone to stay there they wouldnt let us keep our reservation for 6/8 due to there being 5 of us and the reservation only showed two when they just let all of us stay the night before. Not very friendly or family oriented or even understanding of situations
