Super 8 by Wyndham Berlin WI

The staff person was very hard to understand. We couldn't figure out how to turn on the TV. We asked the staff person and he couldn't do it either. He then called some man on his phone to help. By then I had accidently found the channel we needed. There should have been an instruction sheet by the remote on how to use it. Disappointed.

Convenient to town, quiet, nice friendly owners, clean, comfortable beds.

Manager was very nice and came and showed us how to turn the TV on. Room was hot and we couldn't get it to cool down. Otherwise it was very nice.

Poor excuse of breakfast..cereal bars were provided and tangerines and apples that had seen BETTER days!!!

Decent breakfast and coffee that was so strong that it didn't need a cup for it. Also nothing was provided in the room for getting a drink of water enabling us to take our medications. Had to go to front to get cups for this purpose and they

The hotel was very clean, the room was comfortable and spacious, the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

There was very limited parking for this location. We went out for dinner and when we returned there were no available parking spaces, we had to park at the church next door. The front office was also almost never had anyone sitting at the desk (however, we did not need their assistance, just noticed). The breakfast was lack luster as well.

Room itself wasn't bad but the old AC just couldn't cool the room down. When I first entered the room you could feel the humidity in the room and the AC unit helped but it never got cold.

Beds were clean, and room met expectations.

Shower was not great, but it did the job.

We have stayed here previously with a better experience. We had 3 rooms this time and each smelled bad in different ways, animal and ???. I am aware this is a pet friendly place but all 3 rooms seems wrong.

Wished they had a better breakfast options.
