Motel 6-Cutler Bay, FL

Que se sentía un mal olor en la habitación y el agua del baño no se iba por eso nos retiramos del hotel no me gustó para nada

The neighborhood is HORRIBLE, it’s literally drug users EVERYWHERE even in the parking lot and you will NOT be able to get decent sleep do NOT stay here!

Everything was nasty and the people around the hotel was loitering all night long, fighting and using drugs

So not worth $200 for the one night we stayed, and it was that high of a price because it was the weekend. The two desk clerks were very nice when we checked in. We've stayed at other Motel 6's and they were OK so we thought this would be the same. While the bed was clean and comfortable, everything else was bad. They told us when we checked in that the room was "under inspection" so we could not extend our stay. As if we wanted to! No way. What does "under inspection" even mean? We didn't know. The chair in the room had some kind of brown dirt on it, we didn't even put our suitcases on it. In fact we put the chair in front of the door as a barrier because the place was like a demilitarized zone and we wanted to be warned in case someone tried to come in during the night (they had two deadbolt locks on the door, what does that tell you?). The toilet didn't work well. There was no hairdryer, no Kleenex, no breakfast next day, world's slowest elevator and filthiest stairwell with literal garbage on the steps. Our room was next to the stairwell and the door closes with a very loud bang and since the elevator was so slow, everyone takes the stairs...all night long. Bring earplugs. I asked my boyfriend did we ever stay at a worse hotel than this, and he said there were two others out west that were just as bad and we paid about $80 a night in those. So this place should be charging $80 a night. We give it one star because the desk clerks were nice, even though they wouldn't let me switch credit cards to pay our bill because they said it would take 7 days to clear. I didn't want any hassles later on, so I let it go. Otherwise this place would get Zero stars.

Hey guys make that look like a high end hotel they don't even put cheats on the bed all their stuff that's hanging on the walls are rusted it was disgusting

Everything's old and out of date and like you guys post pictures that it's some kind of great hotel and good looking hotel I and you want to charge $125 a night plus tax l I would really love a refund plus I didn't stay the the extra night that place was disgust

Nothing smell like nun but smoke , I asked 3 times for pillows, towels and a blanket for the bed never got it one time told me they was out of pills… only had two pillows for a king bed no blanket juss a spread sheet. The people on side of me had music blasting 2am I knocked asked to turn it down it got louder, thought they tired it off and left 4am they music comin bck on wakin me out my sleep so loud

I arrived and they told me the room I booked was not real and there was no furniture in the room I booked. I asked for a different room and they said they didn’t have any. I asked to cancel and get my money back but they still took my money after the front desk told me he would take care of it. So I paid for a room I never stayed in.
