Everything was great except for the water smell in the bathroom sink. It smells rotten and also getting hot water was a challenge it took quite awhile of running before I got hot water I will definitely come back though Excellent comfort!

Nice room, modern look. Clean and just perfect for our 1 night stay in Monterey bay.

The only con I have was that we checked in around 4pm (check in is normally after 3pm) our room was being cleaned at that moment so we had to wait 15-20 minutes before being able to enter our room and offload our things.

זרם המים במקלחת היה חלש מאד, לא היה מקום למלא מים בבקבוקים, אבזור בסיסי למדי.

Je reçois un mail le matin de notre réservation (2 nuits) pour nous dire qu'elle était annulée. J'ai dû en urgence chercher un autre hôtel à Monterrey! Et en plus ils ne m'ont pas remboursé la somme que j'avais dû payer en amont pour les 2 nuits! Un scandale. Ce type d'hébergement ne devrait pas être sur Booking !!
