The staff and check in was super friendly and the location is pretty good.

The shower pressure was so weak was almost just a drip.

La ubicación era perfecta a lo que buscabamos, el precio, la habitación era grande más de lo que esperaba, había agua y café, el estacionamiento es un punto a favor.

La calefacción fallaba, algo de ruido por la calle vehicular, el tv no contaba con apps.

Cable TV kept going out and needed 2 different remotes to login! The lighting is all wrong: brightest white ceiling lights and outdoor lights on tables. Pool is closed and the telephone is impossible to figure out. NEVER GET UNREFUNDABLE!!! I did it by accident and when I tried to postpone due to California rainstorms I had to spend hours with Booking.com and the hotel could not be reached!!!

Location, clean, safe. Comfortable

Le personnel à l’accueil a été très accessible. L’établissement est super bien placé, il y a de l’espace de la chambre en plus des lits pour mettre les valises. La salle de bain est spacieuse.

Les lits font beaucoup de bruits quand nous bougeons mais sont à la fois confortable donc c’est pas très grave ! On entends un peu la route mais avec la journée dans les jambes, ça nous a pas embêté pour dormir

Bare minimum

It’s in the hotel row with a lot of the other hotels in Monterey. I’ve stayed here before, and felt that I got a better room. I think that the higher the number of the room, the bigger and better the room actually is. I think that there are about five rooms that were “add-ons.“ The rooms are very “bare bones.“ Nothing fancy at all. There’s not really a closet, but there are a few hangers on a post where you can hang up your clothes.

It’s nothing to write home about so to speak. They didn’t have coffee makers in the room, which would have been nice, so I had to walk to the office to get coffee and at one point the machine wasn’t working properly.
