Mr Steve the front office gentleman was very kind and welcoming. Mr Guillermo was very nice and attentive at the bar.

The outdated overall decor of the hotel. A little paint and carpet replacement would do wonders for this place. It's still a great place to visit., fight with all due respect and honesty it is very dated and the carpet has a bad smell.

You don't get a lot of towels, so when you use one, you have to swap it for a new one at the front desk.
