Miracle Springs Resort and Spa

Indiscutiblemente me gusta este lugar por las albercas que son 24 horas, pero lo que no me gusta es que no ponen cuidado en las personas que fuman marihuana cigarrillos, y aunque se les evita hacerlo no obedecen y aparte cuando uno le dice al personal. No tienen prudencia y les dicen a las personas k uno les dijo . Y ellos vienen a pelear con uno y lo insultan así k en vez de relajamiento hay estresa. Aparte el baño tiraba agua en el piso y solo llevaron toallas pero no hicieron nada para solucionarlo. Yo siempre lrecomiendo mucho este lugar sin embargo me decepcionan cada vez más. Hace falta mucha limpieza ya todo está muy determinado. Si no fuera porque las albercas están 24 horas ya no regresaría y si vez mi récord de estadía verás k voy muy seguido.

No, me gusta el olor a mariguana y cigarrillos. En las piscinas y los cuartos se prenetean mucho desde k uno entra a los pasillos el olor es demasiado.

The rooms are decent with clean a bathroom.

The check in process was tedious and long. The front desk personnel were not able to identify my reservation despite my confirmation on hand. The staff were stingy with towels and at one spell a janitor who was incidentally at the front desk was rude and did not want the towels that we need for swimming.

Tommi the waiter. The amazing shot springs pools and spas. The service. The extremely comfortable beds. The drinks and resort feel. How accommodating everyone is. Perfect place.

Mr Steve the front office gentleman was very kind and welcoming. Mr Guillermo was very nice and attentive at the bar.

The outdated overall decor of the hotel. A little paint and carpet replacement would do wonders for this place. It's still a great place to visit., fight with all due respect and honesty it is very dated and the carpet has a bad smell.
