Desk guy, horrible customer service!!!!!

Everything, from desk guy to spying my room , had a bathtub and they called me to not take one!!!!!

"Easy place to stay"

Everything was what I needed for a night. The survey asks about the lighting. I hadn’t thought of it before the question. But I down graded it a little because the lights next to the bed didn't have a dim enough option. It was too bright for the kid to fall asleep and let me finish sorting my stuff.
