"Functional, but disappointing given the brand."

The general condition and cleanliness of the property was poor. Carpeting: old and tattered. Bathroom needed repairs and updating. Walls needed repairs both in the room and in the common areas.

Alan at the front desk was HORRIBLE. And there were not enough amenities for the amount of people staying at the hotel.

"I probably wouldn’t have booked here if I jnew about the bed size."

It was clean and quiet.

They advertise queen beds, but they are actually doubles. Since I have a queen at home, I know the difference between a queen and a full/double. My husband and I were a little cramped on the bed.

Friendly staff, convenient location, good parking.

The booking included a microwave in each room. We took our parents who had dietary requirements therefore took home cooked meals but microwave was not available. Upon enquiry we were told that the microwaves were moved from our room to the suites for other guests. We had to go down to the first floor every time we wanted heat food. This facility was one of the major reasons for booking at this hotel.
