Nice place

Great location and easy access. Wish breakfast could close later on weekend (10 or 10.30). Parking fee was unexpected and seemed without security since it’s a shared lot with other retailers.

Never again. First, they charged $15 per night to park outside. Second, AC didn't work so they added a portable that you could not hear TV or conversation. Finally changed room, no towels till 9:30 PM. Coffee machine broken, replacement came at 9:30 AM, twice. Breakfast is burnt dry eggs, with muddy tasting coffee. Indoor pool looking good if you like to swim in a sauna. There's a lot of affordable competition out there.

We are family of 5 and passing by to LA and We booked 2 Rooms suite and we planed to use the sofa bed in living room but they gave us a room without sofa bed and we when asked why, they said this is the last room available!! The lady in the reception simply said, 'You are 5 people, each two will be in a room, and the fifth will sleep on the couch.' How can this be right when we paid for 5 people to sleep on beds not couches?

Only issue was trying to get room service They duff do not come at all the 4nights we were there But we were able to get clean towels etc
