Das anwesende Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Einiges. Das ganze Hotel macht einen renovierungsbedürftigen Eindruck. Überall (Flure, Zimmer, Fahrstuhl etc) Schrammen, Lackabplatzungen. Im Badezimmer gab es nur 1 Ablage, die war unter dem Waschbecken. Ablage in der Dusche nicht vorhanden. Zimmer war völlig überwärmt, Klima Fehlanzeige, Lüften nur bedingt möglich, da die Fenster gegen das Gardinenbrett stoßen. Zimmersafe ausser Betrieb, der vorhandene Kühlschrank machte nur Licht und produzierte Wärme statt Kälte. Die Farbgebung in den Fluren ist gelinde gesagt gruselig. Ich kann nicht nachvollziehen was daran „Stylisch“ ist. Zimmer deutlich zu klein. Alles in Allem würde ich woanders buchen, Auswahl gibt es in Dresden fürs selbe Geld genug, jedoch mit deutlich besserer Ausstattung und mehr Komfort. Dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal !

Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Die Lage war gut, ca. 10 min. an die Strassenbahn Nr. 7 und ca. 10 min. an den Theaterplatz. Linie Nr. 13 Hielt 50m vom Hotel, aber kein Ticketautomat. Hotel sieht vom aussen Schrecklich (bemalt) aus, drinnen in Ordnung.

Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist das Nachmachen des Zimmers, aber wart so okay. Wir benötigen nicht alle Tage neue Handtücher. Die Betten haben wir selbst gerichtet.
