Fiddler's Inn

The first thing was. We did not have pillows on one of the beds. Wa asked for pillows and towels we thought the room was not up to standard it was not very clean, however we were only going to stay for one night so thought it would do. We only dropped our bags due to having a show to attended when we got back to the room we noticed that we had 2 TVs neither of them worked and we were going to bed and I pulled back the bedding and the bed was not clean it had suspect “hairs”. The manager then appeared with the pillow and when I started to complains he was very rude. At this point I told him we wanted a refund and would not be staying. Once we had put the baggage back into the car I took the keys to the desk. At this point I spoke to a man that was checking in (it was midnight) and the man at reception started to shout at me and demanded I did not speak to anyone. He then marched around the desk in a very threatening manor and was shouting for me to get out. And he was coming very close to me and I thought he was about to strike me. At this point I told him not to come any closer and we were leaving. It was a very upsetting experience. For any one booking this hotel please do not. It’s not clean and the staff have a new level of rude and to be violent to a customer is not acceptable

The workers were amazing. Let me check in early and check out late. It was a little loud at night and in the morning. Breakfast could have been better. My key card stopped working 3 different times. But staff were awesome. Room was fairly clean Bed sheets had stains and so did towels.

All the fixtures in both rooms were broken, the air didn’t work they moved us to another room at 230 in the morning and it was broke air conditioning as well the pictures were nothing like the place and the gift shop had things that weren’t for sale! Worst stay ever there was a heat advisory all weekend and we stayed with no air

Make sure you request and get a non-smoking room. The area is nice. The room was clean. It's affordable compared to other hotels in the area. It has a in room microwave and fridge and iron and ironing board. There is a Craker Barrel right next to it. It is right across the street from the Convention Center. The taxi from the airport (july 2025) was a flat rate of $30. Uber rates are comparable. This hotel offers lite breakfast. Also shuttle to downtown I think its about $15 for the hop on-hop off bus. They have coupons for pizza or you can also do dominos. If all you need is a clean place to sleep, this is the ticket.

Reasonably priced near opry. Older property but clean and comfortable. Sam at check in was great.

The door to the room wouldn't lock and an employee walked into our room while I was shaving and my wife was sleeping. I will not be staying again.

The staff were ok. One of the female staff members really greeted us and left a great impression upon arrival. The rest of the staff members were friendly as well. The building is not the best, but average; so staff really made up for it. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, and might consider coming back again.
