Spacious room, very comfortable beds and excellent cleaning too. Staff always smiling and welcoming. Hotel well served by public transport that take you directly inside the walls of Siena, in just 5 minutes. Ample free private parking allows you to leave your car for as long as you wish. Hotel that I would recommend to all the people and families who want to spend a holiday discovering Tuscany.

It did take a bit to check in, but once I did I could enjoy my stay in Siena completely. The room was clean, and tidy and I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. The perfect night. Great shower, good wi-fi and a very comfortable bed. All I could ask for.

The structure is in excellent condition, we stayed in a triple room of all respect, well maintained and clean, air-conditioned, the beds were large and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, wifi very fast, huge parking.

It was incredibly easy to get to public transportation from this hotel and the pillows were super fluffy and comfortable. Check in was also easy and the atmosphere upon arrival was charming

Very friendly staff, they speak Italian, English, German, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, they checked us in early. Spacious and clean rooms for Italian standards, good breakfast.
