Kind staff, good location, good restaurants close by, comfy room, extra pillows available. Wifi in the room very good. Breakfast is good with a rich choice of things.

The staff is very kind, always at your service, location is excellent in 20 minutes walking we reached the main square of the Siena, rooms are comfortable, clean, with mini-bar, large 50'' TV, good wifi.

Location of the hotel is just perfect, walking distance to Siena major attractions. My experience was amazing , stuff is very thoughtful and helpful, makes you feel just like home. I would definitely recommend it, and will stay there again once I’m In Italy.
