The hotel is located in a great area, close to the city centre but not right in the busiest part of it, so it is easily reachable but quiet at night. Our room was spotlessly clean, very spacious and nicely furnished, with a view on the square. The staff were friendly and helpful, the check in and check out process was quick and easy. The excellent cocktail bar downstairs is an added bonus.

The coffee machine in our room was a bit cranky, but did eventually work, so no big issue overall.

Lovely hotel in the centre of the square. Staff were great.

While we upgraded to a beautiful suite on level one with a stunning balcony, for which we were grateful, the car park and tram line rumbled loudly throughout the night. One of us slept through it, the other didn’t get a wink of sleep.
