"Met our needs for the night"

Everything was clean, staff were friendly. Location was perfect for what we needed. Beds were comfy.

Our room was quite stuffy, so we turned the AC on as low as it could go and on max, but it was still very uncomfortable to sleep with the temperature.

"Not the worst but far from good quality."

Location Staff was friendly

Room was over priced compared to quality. Live roach was found in bathroom when we first walked in. Elevator was not clean and smelled funny. Ice machine on the 3rd floor is horrible looks like mold is growing in it or something.

"The staff was very nice, but the hotel was mediocre."

The food was fine and the fellow preparing it was very helpful. He heated up my cinnamon roll back in his area where he worked as there was no microwave in the breakfast room.

The breakfast room was cold. It was right by the front door, and as people were leaving the hotel, a cold blast came right through the doors.

In one room the air conditioner would did not work right and the other room we had the toilet was messed up this last stay he's there now got the same room as the first time where the air conditioner is messed up the fan won't stay on after the air conditioner kicks off then it gets a very hot in the room

Calandria, the girl at the front desk was amazing! Very efficient & friendly & I was really impressed with her. The hotel is convenient to the highway & the rooms were pretty standard.
