we spent 3 wonderful nights at the Ritz Carlton recently. We enjoyed breakfast every morning at the restaurant, comfortable rooms and great service. this hotel pampers you and makes you feel like you are home. the best part is the short bus ride to their ocean club which was amazing! it really made you feel like you're on vacation and we were sad to leave...the service here is unsurpassed. ..I can't wait to return!!!

We had an amazing experience at The Ritz-Carlton Sarasota. Check-in was smooth with a lovely champagne welcome. Our Club Level room had a beautiful marina and pool view—slightly compact, but elegant and comfortable. Dining at Jack Dusty and Rufa was excellent (don’t miss the sliders!), and the poolside facilities like fishing kayaking and games were a hit with the whole family. The Club Lounge was the highlight—five gourmet food presentations daily, open bar, and outstanding staff who catered to my dietary needs with care and attention. We’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels, but this was one of the best lounge experiences we’ve had. Huge thanks to the Club Lounge team—you made our stay truly unforgettable!

The convenience of the beach club, the restaurants, the facilities. Everything was spectacular!

I thought the rooms were a little but too small

The bathroom tub was not cleaned the shower head didn’t work I can’t understand why such a great resort had shower curtains instead shower doors. The room didn’t have a working fridge to store bottles water It was my 37th wedding anniversary we were very disappointed

Wonderful stay - spa was excellent, dining was scrumptious.

Brilliant service! Unique place! They have an amazing and private beach club near the hotel (around 10 mins from there) and each guest has permission to access there.

The staff in the lounge were wonderful. AMAZING! However, housekeeping didn't come twice in 4 days. We paid for club access and everything (minimum $4000 for these days) for 4 nights and no cleaning. The housekeeping was doing turn down service and I asked why they hadn't cleaned and said, "they had to do turn down service". The room smelled, it was gross -- we had no towels -- 50% of the time. The manager Sanjeev Suri, really didn't care. He credited a dinner that only 2 of the 3 of us went to and was extremely rude. I have been a Ritz Carlton Gold member for 20 years and in the time we only visit Ritz Carlton's. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER come back to this location. Sanjeev made that happen. Sadly, he ruined our special trip with my daughter as she goes off to college. This was our last family trip and no one cared especially him -- at all.

The service was excellent and the property was beautiful!
