Itscavlittlevstrange but the hotels keeps the lobby area extremely dark. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was big, but had a bath tub shower combo set up. So you have to be very careful getting in and out of the tub. The buffet breakfast was pretty good. Thebhotel location was a few blocks away from a Walmart.

The first thing that stood out was how warm and friendly the staff were from the lovely ladies and young man behind the front desk to Luis and Cesar at the valet to the staff in the restaurants. Yes, the hotel is a little older so a few things show their wear, but it was clean, well decorated, and still had a modern flair. It had a little indoor / outdoor living thing going on which made it interesting. I noticed some of the other negative reviews, a few complaints that it’s about a 25 minute walk to El Centro. Um, how about check a map if you want to stay in the city center? We liked that it was close enough to walk there but away from the congestion, and along the classy Paseo de Montejo. Oh, and the breakfast buffet - awesome. I loved that it included several authentic Yucatan dishes that I could try.

Our stay was very nice. The refrigerator did not work but was promptly replaced. The front desk staff and bellman were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping did a fantastic job. Lots of shops and restaurants were within walking distance.

Todo fantástico, las habitaciones hermosas, las instalaciones en general muy bien, Alessandra en la recepción muy amable siempre, Luis en la puerta siempre atento a nuestra llegada y salida.

Clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. Impressive accomdations for the price, conveniently located in a colonial style building. Would highly recommend!

Older property but service was on point

The rooms are very, very dated. No lighting, very damp, and uncomfortable bedding. It appears they updated the lobby area, but the rooms were abysmal. Also, we received an email in advance offering a discount to any of the onsite restaurants which was not honored

La comodidad de las habitaciones

La limpieza fatal. Nunca te cambiaban las toallas cuando el staff hacía el aseo, lo cual es lamentable para lo que cuesta el hotel allí. El Parking del sitio es accesible pero huele fatal. El gimnasio es pequeño y si requieres accesorios adicionales como pesas o matts para yoga tienes que ir a pedirlos al lobby

The property is very clean. The staff was very friendly. The bartender Alberto provided exceptional service. Very professional and friendly. And the drinks at the bar were excellent.
