The hotel’s cleaning service was abysmal. When we arrived the first night, our room was already dirty. Not properly cleaned. And when we returned from a long day out, the room was unmade, and there was no housekeeping available to clean it. They simply skipped cleaning without any reason. The bed was unmade, the bathroom was unclean, there were no towels, trash was not taken out, and so on. They should have had cleaning staff on call 24/7, especially since it was their fault. The maintenance management needs to grasp the concept of the hospitality industry. The idea of staying in a hotel is to have all these services provided daily

Nice rooms convenient location helpful staff make this a sure winner Enjoy the pool and nice restaurant as well ..for a very nice stay with helpful staff ..overall a very positive experience..in a great location..note this us part of the hilton chain

Location

Staff made us wait until check in time to check in to the room. Even though the room was already ready. In fact we were told room wouldn’t be available until 3:30. Way too expensive.
