Queens Landing

Rooms were both very spacious and comfortable. Hotel is very nice; plenty of parking as well. The location is a little off the main drag, but that encourages exploration!

Carpet in the room seemed dated and somewhat worn.

Convenient location to the main strip in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Free parking. Standard hotel feel, not fully accessible. There is some accessibility but not conveniently.

Room air quality is questionable. Hidden costs and ongoing issues with double charges for myself and other family members. Strongly encouraged to read receipt and check for all charges. Not the most welcoming when celebrating milestones such as anniversaries. Considering the higher cost for the stay, I would have expected more from them. Could get the same experience and atmosphere from other hotels at half the cost.

Great location, nice property but dated.

Our bathroom didn’t drain properly. When we arrived we saw there was long hair clogging the bathtub we tried to remove ourselves which was unpleasant… but it didn’t resolve the issue which made showering at night terrible.
