Holiday Inn Express & Suites Seattle Downtown - Lake Union by IHG

The staff was good.

There was no breakfast available. My room did not have a bathroom door. The place was under construction.

the room had just finished being remodeled. The beds were good.

we had an issue with the water temp not being able to stay hot. they got that fixed quickly. but room service sucked. took four days for them to come in and clean the room.

Only a ten minute drive from our concert which was nice

Front desk staff made an error with our booking and double charged us and were extremely unhelpful and unclear/confusing in their resolutions. It was eventually solved but not without having to call Booking.com and a lot of struggle and nearly being made late to our event and forcing all 7 of us to have to squish in one room and get ready. They gave us a breakfast voucher for the troubles but the breakfast was not very good and took an extremely long time.

On going construction, smell like cigarette, unkept carpet in halls and rooms, old furniture and bathroom , had to request for room to be clean and to get new fresh towels

A walkable distance to reach where we needed to go. Staff was friendly and lobby was clean.

Did not expect room service to be so late in the afternoon - phones are not labeled! Atmosphere walking down the corridor felt dark (nothing to do with the construction going on).

We like all pineapple stuff and creative sayings. The individual blankets were great.

The tv has light spot on it.

They held our luggage for us Beds were good
