Everything was dirty and out of place

The only thing that was good was the location

I booked a smoking room and they waited until I got there to say they had no smoking rooms. But among my stay walking down the hall they had plenty of rooms with smoke smells coming from them

The staff was friendly and courteous.

My family stayed nearly 25 days and we were not offered any discounts or courtesy room stay. I have been a Marriott Rewards member for years and other properties (Days Inn) I have stayed offered me substantial discounts after a week of residency.

Close to downtown

Rooms aren’t safe. We changed rooms twice. One room was smelling like cigarettes and the AC wasn’t working on the other one. When we left for the morning, we realized the room we stayed in don’t even lock. When we reported to the front desk the receptionist had an attitude.

Property is ran down. Bathtub has stains. The building smells.
