I pre paid $430 through booking. When I arrived they charged me another $515. Sunday morning January 18th I was charged another $215. When I asked about the transactions I was told it was an accident and there was nothing they could do.

Great hotel staff and very clean hotel. Used the valet, they were exellent. Very attentive, and always had car when needed. Food was fantastic in arterra, highly recommended. Everything was great.

It was a great experience, I parked my car with the valet team, they were great everytime. I checked in with Jason and he took very good care of me. Hotel was clean and all the staff were very friendly. Will definitely be back again.
