Hyatt Regency Hua Hin

The hotel facilities were nice and family friendly. There were several food options in the hotel and also nearby. Must mention that Ms. Joop the Manager at Hyatt was very professional and courteous. We had an issue with our rooms as we had to change our rooms 3 times. However, Ms. Joop was most courteous and polite and did her best to help. Much appreciate Ms. Joop's kind and professional attitude. Thank you Ms. Joop.

It seems that Hyatt has an unwritten policy of asking for upfront payment for incidentals such as food, drinks and other expenses other than the room charge and the room security deposit. This was certainly a new thing for us as we have not encountered such a policy in any other hotel we have stayed in. If there is a policy requiring your guests to pay upfront for incidentals then kindly have it stated on your terms and conditions in the booking process. Thank you

Was very pet friendly and great property

Check in was very slow. Had to wait for an hr and check in took 45min. Staff was less for the size of property. Took very long to be served. Severely under staffed and in experienced.

Beautiful hotel with very comfortable rooms and lots of activities for kids. Very courteous staff and the pool is the highlight of the property. Located at a walking distance from the weekend markets Cicada and Tamarind, at which we spent wonderful evenings. Breakfast spread is large but limited choice in chicken, fish, seafood or vegetarian items. Bakery choice is limited and the coffee definitely needs to be better.

Beautifully presented and so much choice Sunbathing / pools - perfect . So relaxing . Comfy beds . Table service . Gorgeous beach . Attractive sunbathing areas and pools Aqua fit - not very good only joined in once Pool bar - excellent food & staff Restaurant - excellent choice and quality The bars at night are very quiet so we went out every night Location - bit out of centre but tuk tuk is cheap in The night markets are just outside hotel and they were enjoyable Holiday inn. Skybar is a must and close by - great for pictures and not expensive End of the road good bar with live entertainment every night Soi bintibaht excellent fun Lots of local places to eat and drink Hotel staff all exceptional, couldn’t do enough for you Would 100% return !

Very good place to stay for relaxing and vacation. Comfy and very memorize hospitality experience. A lot of joyful activities. Very nice taste of meels, especially authentic food.
