"The noise level at night was awful. You can hear everything outside. We didn’t have a restful sleep"

"Relaxing moments in Utica"

We stayed here for about three weeks and truly enjoyed our experience. The location was excellent, and the indoor pool was always clean and ready for use. The property was maintained around the clock, which really showed in every area. The lobby was consistently fresh and welcoming, complete with a refreshing drink at the entrance that made everyone feel instantly at home. Breakfast was freshly prepared each morning, and the staff were friendly, courteous, and professional. Our room was spotless and smelled wonderful throughout our stay. The housekeeping team was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond. Guest Services made every effort to accommodate our needs, especially since I was there for work and even during a time when I was not feeling well. Their care and attentiveness truly made a difference.

"Probably wouldn’t stay again in the winter time."
