Room was run down. Not superior quality as per price. Air didn’t work. Warm

The “Hot Springs” was amazing. Especially when it was snowing while we were out there.

Wife enjoyed the spa experience. A really nice bonus which makes the price worth it. Always nice flowers on display here and this visit no exception. The park across the street - affiliated - is also special with amazingly friendly staff.

The "hot spring" is really a hot tub. Pleasant but don't be fooled.

Room smelled like gas. We think the fire place had a small leak. Still waiting on a call back from the hotel

One of the reasons we stay at the Hotel is to be able to use the outdoor pool year round. The pool's heater was not working, making the pool unuseable. Not good.

Great staff and facility

Love the idea of walking around in your robe, and even going to the bar in the robes. Lovely way to spend the time away.

Our room was very outdated, there was a draft coming in from the door. Our main reason for booking was to be outside and use fire pits and swim in the outdoor pool. Both were not working.
