I stayed here for a week and the pool was closed the whole time for maintenance. If known, I would have stayed somewhere else because my kid was looking forward to using the pool. Also I checked out 7/26 and today is 8/8. I still have not received my security deposit. I called and was told there were no issues with the room as to why I haven’t received it. Every time I have called the waiting period has changed from 1-3 business days, to 5-7 business days, to 10 business days. And the lady answering the call seemed to have no care in the world about it.

Convenient to Center Parc Arena.

The room was not ready to check into when we arrived at 3:45. The facilities seemed very run down. There was only one employee trying to keep the breakfast buffet filled. This was the first trip we ever stayed at a Marriott hotel and were expecting more for the extra money.

Such an awesome experience as a first timer. Will always come here. Shout out to 25 th July night shift gentleman at the reception and 26 th July morning shift lady at the reception and 26 th July morning breakfast service lady , this group was amazing.

Clean and modern. Staff very helpful and accommodating. I had a concern with my original room and the host apologized, searched for a better room, came up to me with my new key for an eveneven better room!

Property was clean and had very comfortable beds. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was one of the biggest I have seen. Lots of choices. The only issue was the pool area. It was run down and unclean.

Hot breakfast with many choices. Everything taste me fresh and delicious.

Rooms were clean, property was quiet. No microwave in room as advertised. Breakfast was ok.
