The location is good, the price is reasonable, staff were helpful and courteous.

The room is small and not the cleanest. No hand soap for washing your hands at bathroom sink. There is some noise from the nearby trains going by.

Yes we got home only to find we brought bed bugs home with us,didn't stay anywhere but there and certainly didn't have before. Had to go and spend more than I spent on the hotel for equipment to remove them and I certainly hope I did. I'd like you to reach out to us and see if we can negotiate a refund.

Great downtown location, nice breakfast at Rosie's Cafe next door

Onsite parking is limited and difficult to navigate with a large SUV, but the Steam Plant lot a block away serves as overflow parking.
