A atenção dos funcionários da recepção e dos manobristas foi excepcional. Gostei muito. Durante toda a minha estadia fui muito bem tratada. O quarto com vários ambientes e tudo muito limpo e organizado. Experiência no hotel que logo terei a mesma satisfação de viver em uma nova estadia em Jaraguá do Sul, uma cidade no interior de Santa Catarina que superou as minhas expectativas.

Não há o que eu possa falar de negativo.

Excelente localização. Quarto espaçoso. Café da manhã espetacular. Estacionamento privativo. Cordialidade dos funcionários.

No check-in houve uma falha na reserva que fiz pela Booking. Tinha reservado 2 quartos para 2 pessoas e para nossa surpresa, aparecia a reserva para apenas 1 pessoa. O transtorno foi resolvido pela recepção e ficamos tranquilos.
