Tempo de aguardar para entrar muito demorado. Primeiro o atendente estava atendendo outro, foi 12 minutos de espera. Eu fiz a reserva em meu nome ok. Quando fui dar entrada no hotel, o meu marido estava descarregando a bagagem e resolvendo assunto do estacionamento do carro, o atendente do dia não aceitou fazer o meu cadastro tinha que ser o do marido. Eu sei os dados de documento dele de cor .. CPF e RG, ele não aceitou precisava ser o documento, e depois o meu, resumindo + 15 minutos para atender o cadastro. Já se hospedamos em outros mercure, por que não puxa o cadastro. Olha 25 minutos para entrar no hotel, o atendente devagar .. sistema não tem historico de cadastro dos hospedes e achei o atendente maxista, primeiro o homem depois a mulher. Decepcionei em 2026 ... achei deselegante e pouco profissional o atendente. Voces pediram a opinião então esta ai o que podem melhorar.
