"Non functioning toilets"

Sad to say we had a terrible experience here. We stayed here for my Husband's birthday weekend and a Monday Night Packer game. On Monday our toilet stopped flushing correctly. We reported it right away but had to wait quiet awhile for someone to come. First he only brought a plunger. Which did nothing. Next he got a snake. He had trouble getting that to work. By the time he finally got it "fixed' we were late leaving for the game. When we got back (pretty late) we discovered it still wasn't fixed. We had to use the bathroom downstairs all night. In the morning when I reported it I was told how sorry they were and would of course make it right. She also said this happens a lot there!!! The Manager Bharat however didn't feel this was much of an issue and gave us a few points back. I was so disappointed at this treatment. Not having a functional toilet is ridiculous. I do not recommend ever staying here knowing they have issues with their toilets and just don't care

"Comfortable stay, but room for improvement"

The room was great and roomy, beds were comfortable. The problem we experienced was that we couldn’t figure out how to get local tv stations!! We called down to the desk and they hung up on us twice!! So when we left to grab some food we said something to the young man about hanging up on us! You should have seen his face!! We could see from the 2nd floor that he was doing something on his cell phone!!! He did finally tell me how to do it and even offered to come up and show us!! We also stopped at the desk later in the evening to get some toilet paper, well they did not have any at the desk and we were told that they would bring one up which of course they did not. This may sound a bit picky but it truly is about service when you are in that industry!! We would stay there again and we hope they train their staff better!!
