rooms are spacious and clean We’ll stay there again

We were given a courtesy card with the hotel front desk/shuttle “direct” number when we checked out for our return reservation. When we landed, I called for over 30 minutes and received nothing but voice menus. We ended up having to walk in 12 degree weather through snow and jump a guard rail to get to the hotel at 11pm. Checked in and one of our room keys didn’t work, nor did the TV. Needless to say, we checked out immediately upon the “manager” saying nothing more than they must be having problems with the phone system. Not a single apology from the clerk or manager. Not what I expect from a Wyndham property!!

What a lovely way to start our trip! The hotel is immaculate and the staff was friendly and helpful. They have an afternoon happy hour with beer and hard cider plus chips and salsa, and a breakfast bar (we were too early for the hot items but had yogurt, cereals, pastries, toast, muffins) that was very nice. The shuttle was easy, and the casino across the highway provided a shuttle in the evening where you could go to gamble or have dinner. We will stay there again when we have an early flight.
