According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent´s ID. The hotel staff was great, very friendly and always eager to help. There was a good variety of breakfast options, and the food was very good and filling. Shared spaces such as the lobby and restaurant were clean and well maintained.The air conditioning also worked very well and helped a lot with the heat.

As for the downsides, the humidity in the room felt a bit heavy at times. The bathroom was functional and everything worked properly, but it definitely needed some refurbishment and felt outdated. The same applied to the rooms overall — they could use some updating, although they were still comfortable enough for our stay. We also had some issues with the TV entertainment system, as streaming services never seemed to load properly. Since we were not in the room very much, it was not a major issue for us, and we did not mention it to the front desk. I believe they probably would have tried to fix it if we had reported it. The mountain view was not as impressive as expected because the hotel is mostly surrounded by buildings and houses. Overall, though, it was not a bad experience.

Cafe da manhã bom.

Hotel informa que tem restaurante para almoço e jantar e serviço de quarto nos descritivos ... mas os funcionários informarão que desde a pandemia, restaurante e serviço de quarto so ate as 15 horas, importante a Booking ver este ponto, pois ja estamos a quase 6 anos e esta empresa não mudou o descritivo... para mim não é boa fé! Pois para quem esta a negocios numa passagem rapida e espera que contratou um serviço para ter mais conforto isto não acontece.

Todo cómodo. Ya había ido y por eso decidí volver. Ademas de su ubicación. Excelente opción para Copacabana y la zona de Leme. Buen desayuno. Y personal amable. Linda zona de piscina…

Que la tv fuera solo canales nacionales.
